The independent control/monitoring/tuning of all UiG/ZiE procedures, based on regular communication with the different project participants, is one of your tasks as well as the cross-border coordination of the process You will take the (formal) exam of UiG-Bedarfsfeststellung, UiG-Agreements and start corresponding checklists In addition, you perform operational tasks related to the UiG/ZiE process (e.g. the award of UiG numbers, support in the creation of documents, central storage etc.) Quality assurance of documents related to UiG/ZiE You ensure the transfer of knowledge within the project and act as a contact person:in case of questions concerning UiG/ZiE processes Representation of the project interest in bodies, programs and projects of the task area within and outside the DB Group

Your profile:

You bring a successfully completed technical/university study as a civil engineer:in, economic engineer:in, electrical technician:in or similar; Alternatively, you can demonstrate a comparable qualification with well-founded knowledge and expertise from a relevant activity You also have several years of experience and knowledge in the planning and implementation of railway infrastructure projects In addition, you have knowledge in the field of Railway Inservice Authorisation Regulation (EIGV), DB Planning and the relevant standards You have relevant knowledge of the UiG pross (internal company approval), and you have knowledge of the ZiE pross (adjustment in individual cases) Your communication skills and a secure appearance towards different interlocutors: you are characterized by Analytical and verdictability, goal- and result-oriented work and enforcement skills are attributes of your daily work
