• Completed vocational training for the Schlosser/Welder (m/w/d) or structural mechanic welding technology (m/w/d)- At best valid welding certificates (can be updated)- Activity-specific professional experiences - At best additional expertise- Self-employed and customer-oriented working methods- Motivation and engagement- Fun at your job driving class B
