successfully completed studies (e.g. economics, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification first professional experience in internal auditing, auditing or operating production environment strong analytical skills for the rapid detection of complex processes, organizational structures and data volumes high intrinsic motivation and a structured, proactive way of working Ability to bring complex facts to the point in a concise, understandable and addressable manner (written and oral) strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with conflict situations very good German knowledge (English knowledge of advantage) as well as readiness to travel (up to 30%) and a driving licence of class B Interest in professional certification (e.g. CIA / Certified Internal Auditor) is welcome
