You process account changes and make sure that all adjustments are implemented quickly and correctly. You check the collected data for completeness and accuracy to ensure the highest quality standards. You take care of complaints and solve them in close coordination with your superior. You record foreign and SEPA transfers precisely and according to the applicable requirements. You create and process correspondence according to clear specifications or using templates to ensure uniform and professional customer communication. You will work on tasks in the debit card business that are assigned to you and thus support the smooth running. You are developing processes and consulting them with your supervisor to continuously increase efficiency and service quality.

Funded expertise – You have a completed training to the bank businessman and brings secure knowledge to OSPlus as well as sovereign handling of the current MS Office applications.
