Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Proofable professional experience in planning, tendering and construction Knowledge of the application of cost group 300 (DIN 276), HOAI and VOB Passion for optimization, digitalization and environmental and ecology topics Quick conception and pronounced analytical thinking Ability to solve complex problems and maintain a good sense of humans and facts Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary communication and team-oriented work
