Quality Technician Plastic Injection Molding (m/f/d)

Process monitoring Monitoring and documentation of quality-relevant process parameters during ongoing production Detection of process deviations and initiation of appropriate corrective measures Conducting sample checks and functional measurements to ensure stable production Quality control and final inspection Conducting end controls on plastic injection molding components according to internal quality specifications Visual testing of components with regard to surface quality, dimensional accuracy and damage Performance of function and measurement tests Release of first and last parts in the production process Documentation of test results and preparation of test reports in the company's own MOM system Participation in quality management Support in continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards Working with the optimization of test methods and workflows Implementation of further quality-related tasks in close cooperation with team management and management Coordination of external calibrations and testing of supplier invoices

Complete technical or commercial training, ideally in the field of plastics technology, quality management, production or comparable 2-3 years of professional experience in quality testing, quality assurance or production environment desirable Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment Technical understanding and ideal knowledge of plastic injection molding Safe handling of MS Office and digital documentation systems High quality awareness and a structured and careful way of working Analytical thinking and a good eye for details Teamability, reliability and initiative Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
