Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You are working on developing and implementing exciting initiatives in personnel development. You are responsible for small projects relating to career management, talent programs, as well as employee and executive development. You can independently design communications in different formats for employees and executives. You support the collection, analysis and visualization of data for our dashboard. You are organising internal training, workshops and events – from coordination with external partners: both through communication with participants to the LMS.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Continuous studies in psychology, BWL or HR or a comparable discipline First experience in human resources Embossed communicative skills and high team orientation A high degree of reliability and certainty Organizational institution Routined handling of MS-Office German and English language skills in word and writing You have about 18 hours a week and ideally want to support us at least 6 months or longer
