In our exciting care areas, we are the first contact person for executives in the field of personnel and advise in all business, legal and human matters. You will get a comprehensive insight into the various aspects of the personal management of Mercedes-Benz AG and learn about concepts, instruments and tools of the company's personnel work in its complexity and thematic diversity. During your internship, you will participate in the implementation of different personnel measures and are permanently integrated into our teams at any time. Specifically, your task mix could look like this: Cooperation with experienced personnel managers in operational personnel work as well as advice from managers and employees Organisation and participation in various individual human activities, e.g. selection and disciplinary discussions, and discussions of the company integration management (BEM) Preparation of evaluations and presentations on HR topics Preparing and updating documents for workshops and bodies Processing of personal operations in close cooperation with our HR Service Center Participation in exciting projects together with colleagues and interfaces Accompanying the Replacement Process for Successful Interns The activity can begin from February 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Economics, Economic Law, (Working)Psychology or a comparable degree course – ideally with the focus on Human Resources Management First professional experience (training, internship, student work) is of advantage Safe handling of MS Office Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Joy in dealing with people Certainty, reliability and sensitivity Enthusiasm for the further development and development of HR processes – You like to introduce your opinion and new ideas.
