Business Process Manager (m/f/d)

Take over end-to-end responsibility · You are responsible for global business processes along the entire value chain and ensure their efficiency, transparency and performance. Developing and harmonizing processes · You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and develop uniform process standards as well as best practices for the entire organization. Making transformation active · You conduct strategic business process management initiatives and control cross-departmental change and transformation projects. Ensure governance and quality · You establish sustainable process governance structures, define key figures and ensure continuous improvement and compliance with quality standards. Networking interfaces successfully · You work closely with specialist areas, corporate IT, quality management and other stakeholders and act as a central point of contact for process management issues.

Successfully completed studies of business management, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable subject. Multiannual professional experience in process management, business transformation, operational excellence or continuous improvement. Experience in cooperation with international teams as well as at the interfaces to IT, quality management and specialist areas. Analytical thinking, structured working methods and a high affinity for processes, data and organizational relationships. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe occurrence in an international business environment.
