CNC Machinist (in a training role)

As an instructor for the field of metal, you instruct our participants professionally and accompany them in the training professions metal workers, engineering technicians and specialists for metal technology - discipline of stress engineering. The handling of orders, the advice of customers in our training establishment and the placement of trainees in internships are also part of your task. You will take care of the development and implementation of offers for professional orientation and preparation in the training areas & transfer key skills related to the work environment and specific to the profession as well as social skills. You are also involved in individual funding planning and development documentation.

You have a master's degree in the metal sector with several years of professional experience. You already bring an instructor certificate, can use digitally controlled machines, and have optimally already experience in working with mentally or physically impaired people. You want to engage in working life for the training and integration of young people with support needs. This includes organizational ability and structured work among your strengths. The communication of knowledge and sharing your practical experiences with young people will give you joy.
