What to do is ✓ Care and control of the assigned cleaning objects guide, guidance and development of the employed employees ✓ Ensure the quality standards and operational requirements ✓ Control of compliance with legal regulations ✓ Conduct regular quality controls on site ✓ Responsibility for compliance with budgets and economic requirements ✓ Ensuring a timely and correct payroll ✓ Care and communication with customers and contact persons

What we do ✓ Complete training as a building cleaner or comparable professional experience required to be able to judge cleaning procedures and work processes professionally ✓ Good knowledge of cleaning processes and cleaning chemistry necessary to ensure the quality and professional use of cleaning equipment ✓ Employee management experience required to reliably guide teams and coordinate workflows ✓ Experience with commercial processes and budget responsibility desirable to safely implement economic requirements ✓ Class B driving licence is essential to be able to maintain various cleaning objects and customers on site ✓ Good MS Office knowledge necessary to safely process documentation, planning and administrative tasks ✓ Good knowledge required to reliably ensure communication with customers, employees and contact persons
