The STRABAG Property and Facility Services Group (STRABAG PFS) is an integrated building solutions provider, leading in digital and technical competence. For our customers, eco2solutions delivers sustainable solutions in every life cycle phase of the property – from the office to industrial and production sites, logistics centers to engineering buildings and data centers. Our building solutions include technical facility management, infrastructure facility management, building technology, property management and special industrial services. With our qualified employees, we provide all services in Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic – individually tailored to customers, industries and locations and with a consistently high quality standard. We serve our customers mostly commercially used properties. Construction and building technology, energy management, sustainability management, digitization, operation and use of buildings play an important role here. The dual study in cooperation with the Westfälische Hochschule in Gelsenkirchen is divided into 8 semesters. In the first four semesters, practice takes place in parallel. After that, two semesters are completed in full-time studies and in the last phase a three-month practical phase and the bachelor's thesis begins. The focus of the Technical Building Equipment (TGA) degree course with the Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) consists of basic mathematics-nature science subjects as well as the industry-related content, for example, construction, materials engineering, electrical engineering, heating, sanitary technology, climate technology, etc.
