Responsible planning, control and implementation of complex customer projects and/or proposals as part of time, budget and quality specifications Identification and use of optimization potential and establishment of best practices Control and ensure performance and implementation of error correction measures Coordination of DevOps teams, external suppliers and service partners Identification, coordination and management of change requests and extension requests offer management including consulting of sales; risk management; coordination of supply creation; Participation in tender requirements, tenders and draft contracts customer management including contract controlling; cooperation with project management and management of customers; (Steering Committee) Supplier and partner management (control of suppliers and partners) in cooperation with the relevant departments Coaching and mentoring of current and new team members

Complete study of (economic) computer science, mathematics, economics or a comparable course of studies You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in a group or a management consultancy focusing on digitalization / IT You can manage complex projects (budget>10 million EUR) or a complete project program / portfolio, in particular in the context of work contracts You master project management methods according to at least one standard, are accordingly certified (PMP/Prince/Agile), know the advantages and disadvantages of the respective methods and can evaluate what situations which approaches need You have experience in dealing with critical project situations to restructure projects You understand your project and communicate from developer to management Due to your experience and personality, you are an entrepreneur in the company You are targeted and result-driven customer satisfaction and project goal are not competing for you You control your team and act as a central interface to all relevant stakeholders Your project plans are created in the team, you set up on your project teams, and you successfully lead them to the goal You speak good German (ab B2 level) and English
