Strategic and operational overall responsibility: You take over the overall economic and organizational responsibility and develop the location in line with the group strategy and the medical orientation of the Schön Klinik on a future-oriented basis. Economic governance and responsibility for results: You bear the responsibility for the budget, result and economic development of the clinic, actively control key figures and are targeted at measures to ensure sustainable and further develop economic viability. Strategic location and performance development: You consistently continue to shape the strategic realignment of the site, strengthen the medical focus areas and develop the performance portfolio in close cooperation with the medical, nursing and therapeutic leaders. Guided tour and cultural development: You lead the clinic’s executives clearly, bindingly and value-adding and promote a performance-oriented, collegial and trusting corporate culture. You can motivate employees, actively accompany changes and create a high identification with the location. Interdisciplinary cooperation and network work: You work with all relevant internal and external partners in a trusted and constructive manner, in particular with regional management, central functions, medical, nursing and therapeutic management, the works council and external institutions and cost-beneficiaries. Transformation and Future Projects: You control the ongoing change processes with a high level of commitment and implementation and ensure clear structures, responsibilities and transparent communication. In addition, you initiate and control strategic projects, in particular in the areas of digitalization, process optimization, patient control and cross-sector supply models. Representation of the clinic: You represent the clinic so confidently and credibly inside and outside and strengthen the perception of the location in the market as well as in the regional network.

You bring leadership and management experience in healthcare, ideally in a clinic management, clinic management or a comparable senior function. You have proven experience in the successful realignment and economic stabilisation of complex clinic structures as well as a pronounced degree of implementation. You have a sound knowledge of hospital management, hospital financing and health and hospital law. You think entrepreneurship, act strategically and combine economic result orientation with a high demand for quality, patient satisfaction and employee involvement. You lead clear, binding and value-estimating, develop executives and create confidence and orientation in change situations. You combine strategic clarity with operational proximity and are visible and responsive at the location. You convince by communication strength, negotiation skills, resilience and security of action – even in challenging situations.
