Insurance Manager (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for our global insurance portfolio with a focus on property, business interruption, liability, transportation, automotive, commodity credit, cyber, D&O as well as technical insurance and work closely with our insurance broker You continuously develop our insurance strategy, secure an economic, risk-appropriate coverage of all corporate companies and transparent management of the global insurance budget In this role, you are responsible for global insurance damage management and treat insurance damage together with local units from notification to final regulation As a central contact person, you advise our internal departments and international subsidiaries on insurance and risk-relevant issues and ensure a consistent approach You analyse insurance-relevant risks across the group, continuously identify optimization potentials and create decision templates and reports for global and local management

You have successfully completed a commercial training in the insurance sector or a study with business, engineering or alternative legal orientation Through your multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of industrial insurance for a global insurance broker, insurer or manufacturing company, you have specialist Expertise as well as a well-founded technical understanding of industrial processes and systems for risk-appropriate management of complex international insurance programs. You like to work in the team, trade pragmatically and hands-on, show your own initiative and convince by your ability to set priorities Your appearance is sovereign, you form precisely and convincingly, and you are characterized by strong communication and enforcement in German and English.
