Tasks

Examination, confirmation and booking of input invoices, in particular from the construction and supplier area -Determination and maintenance of creditor accounts -Clease of invoice differences and close communication with suppliers and subcontractors

• Support for the creation of monthly and annual accounts

Requirements profile

Multiannual professional experience in creditor accounting, preferably in the construction industry -Very good knowledge of accounting and the application of MS Office and accounting software (e.g. SAP or Bau-ERP-Systeme) -Expressed numerical understanding, accuracy and a structured working method -Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a high self-initiative
