You work independently, but not alone: In coordination with internal interfaces and external service providers, your commitment is in demand. You are in the middle of it: in the execution of complaint processes and the evaluation of crisis recalls. You take responsibility: You create presentations and create decision-making templates for the new processes in the complaint area.

Ideally, you already have first experience in the field of complaints by internships or other student activities. System-side knowledge in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft NAV, are advantageous and round off your profile.
