HR Project Manager (m/f/d)

Project management: You design and manage strategic and operational projects in the HR and organizational development environment, such as projects for the binding and further development of the science-supporting personnel of the University of Bayreuth. Conceptual and strategy development: Development of concepts for the further development of internal structures, processes and offers, as well as the translation of the university's innovation claim into realistic, compliant standards. Change Management: As a methodological support, you support change processes through the targeted use of suitable analysis and structuring methods and contribute to the structured implementation of transformation projects. Organisational development: cooperation in the analysis, design and implementation of new formats, standards and communication structures for the further development of organisational processes and cooperation. Stakeholder management: independent control and coordination of project-related topics with internal stakeholders and relevant interfaces. Strategic advice & active cooperation: support of central HR managers and cooperation with the Chancellor's staff in organizational, conceptual and project-related issues.

Required qualification: completed university studies (master or comparable) of economics or psychology (e.g. BWL, VWL, economic psychology, psychology or comparable) with good to very good academic achievements. Project & Implementation Competence: You have extensive experience in managing complex HR projects and combine structured planning with consistent target and result orientation in a challenging stakeholder environment. Analytical-conceptive strength: You are able to quickly penetrate complex organizational and strategic issues, to prepare them in a structured manner and to derive sustainable, connectable concepts from them. Methodological excellence: You master a wide range of consulting, analysis and structuring methods and use them safely to deal with complex issues as well as to develop sound decision bases. Consultancy and effectiveness: You act sovereignly in advisory roles, move securely at different hierarchical levels and support the respective decision levels through clear classification, prioritization and structured preparation of complex facts. Communication strength: You convince by a professional, precise and address-oriented communication behavior as well as a pronounced understanding of different stakeholder perspectives. Self-employment and self-responsibility: You work independently, proactively and in a solution-oriented manner, drive topics ahead even without close specifications and keep an eye on objectives, priorities and context at any time. Very good English skills: You have knowledge of English in word and writing and are safe in international and academic contexts.
