In your role as Senior Project Manager: in cooperation, you will lead onshore wind farm projects together with external partners to success – from initial contact to final implementation. You make sure that there are real projects from common ideas that will advance the energy transition and will last in the long term. You are the person who lives in cooperation: you are gaining new partners for our projects, building resilient relationships and are a reliable person for all questions, voting and negotiation. You always keep the big picture in mind. Your working day connects project management, communication and strategy. You carry wind farm projects through all phases of development, from land acquisition to operation, moderate between different interest groups, and find solutions that are both technically and economically viable. With your genera­listic expertise – from licensing questions to economic calculations to partner communication – you are setting the decisive impetus. It is particularly important that you ensure that cooperation is not only achieved, but that cooperation remains successful in the long term. You are constantly accompanying our partners, creating transparency, clarifying open themes and carrying out negotiations with the support of our specialist departments in a sovereign and targeted manner. In doing so, you help to master complex challenges in a tangible manner and to efficiently shape joint actions. In short, you are the link between all participants – and make it possible that wind projects become reality.

You have completed your studies in the field of industrial engineering, renewable energies, geography or economics or have completed a comparable training. In addition, you bring as broad as possible professional experience in the development of onshore wind farms with and in the optimal case also in the implementation of corresponding development cooperation. Your holistic approach includes technical, economic and legal aspects, complemented by professional handling of MS Office. You communicate clearly, negotiate confidently and get through when necessary without losing sight of partnership. In addition, you have knowledge of German and are regularly in Aachen to work effectively with the team and our partners.
