Our client is a traditional medium-sized company of the plastics processing industry. At the location in the regional environment of Brandenburg, products are manufactured and continuously developed in series processes. The organization is set up in practice and connects production proximity with clear responsibilities in technology, quality and logistics.

In the course of further professionalisation and capacity control, the operational management of production is to be strengthened. The position is indefinite and offers a medium-term perspective as a technical manager (m/w/d) in an established environment.

You want to take responsibility, improve processes visibly and effectively lead a production team? Then, as an operating manager - Kunststoffverarbeitung (m/w/d), you will significantly develop process stability, efficiency and quality.

Total responsibility for operating production in plastics processing including planning, control and control of operating processes Leading, developing and empowering employees with a focus on work safety, targeting and team-focusing Ensure process stability, deadline and product quality in close coordination with quality assurance, maintenance and logistics Identify and implement improvement measures along the value added, including key figures control and cause analyses Organisation and implementation of development topics for existing and new products Control of interfaces to sales, technology and management, including reporting, budget and action tracking as well as escalation management

Complete studies in engineering, plastics engineering or polymer chemistry Multiannual leadership experience in technology or production in plastics processing Funded understanding of production processes, quality assurance and maintenance relationships as well as safe handling of key figures Practical leadership style with clear communication, commitment and ability to motivate teams Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation with a pronounced level of implementation, hands-on mentality and view for priorities in the daily business Very good knowledge of German and English, entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as sovereign appearance towards internal stakeholders
