Freight Forwarding Agent as Team Leader Air Freight Export Healthcare (m/w/d)

Team leadership: take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team in the field of air freight export healthcare. Staff development: Promote your team members through coaching, training and regular feedback talks. Process responsibility: Ensuring the timely and high-quality handling of international air freight shipments. Special shipments: Responsibility for handling hazardous goods (according to DGR) and cooling shipments in accordance with the applicable regulations. Solution development: Development of efficient and economical transport solutions that meet customer needs. Communication: Care for close cooperation with international partners and customers in English. Quality control: control of the manufacture, avisation and compliance with internal standards. Interface: Central contact for department, branch and management.

Education: A degree to/from the merchant/commercial for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Leadership experience: Detectable leadership experience in air freight or logistics, ideally in the forwarding environment. Knowledge of expertise: Knowledge of export is essential, especially in handling hazardous goods (DGR) and temperature-controlled shipments. Operation: Very good organizational skills, a pronounced hands-on mentality and a high degree of self-initiative, a sense of decision and a sense of responsibility. Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing.
