We are looking for an IT Business Partner – Business Intelligence (m/w/d)

Total responsibility for the strategic rebuilding of the Truma Group's business intelligence landscape based on modern Microsoft‐Azure technologies Development and implementation of a company-wide BI strategy and roadmap including basic architecture, technology and make/buy decisions Selection, control and integration of an external BI partner to support the development of the BI platform Joint development of a professionally sounded control model with the departments as well as translation into KPIs, data models and dashboards Conception and implementation of a first functional prototype (Initial Use Case) as a basis for future BI extensions Establishing BI governance, roles, standards and guidelines – including data modeling, KPI definitions, self-service analytics and authorization concepts Ensuring a clean, scalable data architecture and integration of central enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, HR) Responsibility for the stable operational operation of the BI platform, close control of external service providers and gradual expansion of the platform to further areas of expertise

Complete degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in modern cloud-BI architectures, data strategies and the establishment of governance structures Funded know-how in Microsoft Azure BI technologies, Power BI and modern data warehouse architectures Experience in the integration of enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, CRM systems, HR systems) as well as in data modeling and KPI design Practice in project and stakeholder management, ideally in building central BI platforms or transformation programs Ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable technical solutions Funded know-how in modernBI tools(Microsoft Azure BI / PowerBI) andDWH technologies. Experience in project management and building BI governance structures Communication strength, moderation ability and convincing appearance towards different target groups Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
