You take over the convocation and management of interdisciplinary, international and hierarchical task forces to deal with significant complaints and quality problems You are responsible for the legally safe and efficient structuring of the documentation You coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for data processing and analysis with the help of ERP, BI and AI Furthermore, you take over the creation and processing of returns and complaints reports and carry out the analysis and evaluation of complaints as well as the development of measures to remedy and prevent errors by: You create and maintain complaint reports and statistics and ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements The training and support of employees in dealing with complaints and quality issues is also part of your tasks Support in the continuous improvement of complaint processes and procedures completes your task profile

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, a commercial or logistical study in conjunction with technical expertise Multiannual operational process experience in a commercial-technical field (ideally in the electrical industry) Multiannual experience in handling SAP-ERP and in the field of SAP-BI Experience with SAP Service Cloud desirable Interest in new solutions, systems and technologies of the digital interfaces as well as a structured, independent operation German and English skills High motivation, self-initiative, ready-to-use and strong communication skills
