Creates job-related risk assessments in cooperation with area managers and specialists on site Verification of compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations and statutory provisions and assessment of working conditions in general Assistance in the implementation of training programmes, including planning of training events Support for daily work in the plant, including advice on security issues, provision of personal protective equipment and inspection of plant conditions to identify dangerous conditions and practices Support in the investigation of accidents with the heads of department, including audit of accidents, identification of causes and remedies Advice, coaching and support of managers and specialists and support of the accident prevention programme Support for the implementation of local security programmes to ensure compliance with state, local and internal rules EHS Manager support in all matters, including regulatory information requests and answers You support the introduction of new security standards together with the EHS Manager and promote a strong security culture through close cooperation with factory staff, department managers – in line with the PepsiCo Global EHS standards. ‘

Certification as a specialist for occupational safety, e.g. according to § 7 of the Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG). Complete training in a technical profession or comparable qualification.
