Strengthen us as: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) There's something to do: You control the Process Organisation team as well as the Processes and Structures department and accompany your employees as a manager The areas of process management, internal control system, release management, property cost management and service provider control are your responsibility In doing so, you will ensure that strategic topics and operational process organization are optimally linked together. You develop and control strategies for the planning field structures and processes and align them with the overall house strategy You bring your expertise into cross-sparkling bodies and give impulses to your team You initiate and test cross-departmental projects and line projects and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements That's what you bring: You have a degree in economics, a qualification for the savings banks/bank business operator (m/w/d) or a comparable training Ideally, you already have experience in managing employees You know sparkassen- or bank-specific structures and have experience in process management The legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g. Dora, MaRisk, KWG) are familiar to you You have pronounced conceptual skills and always keep the 'big whole' in mind Remuneration: Group 11 TVöD-S More than a job – your career at Sparkasse Mainfranken Würzburg Interest awakened?
