On the credit side, we are responsible for the commercial medium- and large-volume real estate business with domestic and foreign investors – including in the context of consortial financing – the Berlin savings bank and are looking for a new employee (m/w/d) with the task of analyzing and processing loans from the segment of larger investors in commercial real estate financing. If you are interested in exciting real estate financing in Berlin with interesting customers, you are right with us. You analyze risks and opportunities of complex credit exposures focusing on foreign commercial real estate companies as well as fund and consortial financing (from about € 10 million). You will create decision-making credit templates in the complex new and existing business for all board levels. You accompany the positively decided loan applications in the phase of the conclusion of the contract and the payment and monitor an associated portfolio over the entire life cycle of a credit commitment.

In addition to a completed commercial training and/or a completed study, you have at least 3 years of practical experience in the complex real estate credit business and, as far as possible, in the area of financing complex consortial financing. You have practical experience and very good expertise in consortial and fund business. You have a secure risk and decision-making behaviour as well as very good analytical skills, including complex issues. You have very good knowledge of credit-relevant legal and security issues, bring very good knowledge of the Berlin real estate market and ideally travel safely in English.
