At Apleona Wohnservice GmbH in Berlin, you work in the living environment and in private households - with fair, transparent and value-adding remuneration and a varied working day.

These are your tasks:

• You take over the assembly, repair and maintenance of: apartment doors, room doors and apartment entrances

• Wood and wood material components in the interior (e.g. fitted, trims, base strips)

• Window and door elements, fittings and seals

• You carry out small remodeling and adaptation work - clean, precise and customer-oriented.

• You judge damage and deficiencies on site and find practical, durable solutions.

• You work in direct contact with residents - friendly, reliable and respectful in used apartments.

• You document your orders in a short and comprehensible way for MRP and team.

That's what we want from you:

• Completed training as a construction table, carpenter, carpenter, wood mechanics or a comparable qualification in wood crafts
• Experience in assembly, repair or maintenance in extension, interior construction or housing stock
• Ability to implement practical handicraft solutions independently
• Professional appearance towards tenants and owners in inhabited apartments and houses
• Good knowledge of German so that orders can be properly coordinated and documented
• Class B licence for flexible use in daily business
