Pedagogue Educator, Social Pedagogue on a Farm or ISE / Intensive Socio-Pedagogical Individual Care Measure (m/f/d)

For our boys-WG with 5 seats (Alternative age from 14 years) we are looking for a pedagogical specialist for the everyday care and support of young people. The WG is located in the centre of Ahausen. The grounds include an extensive garden with vegetable growing, horse and chicken holding, as well as various annexes for wood and metal workshop or other creative use (music studio, fitness room, wood/machine workshop, art room and balls bath). In addition to the WG rooms, there is sufficient space in other rooms. Our employees have their own meeting and break room, parking and office. Short profile of individual educational travel projects As a youth supporter, the Court offers Elementa ISE measures in the form of travel projects based on § 35 SGB VIII. In detail, this means that a young person and a pedagogical specialist will remain in Germany for a period of one to six months. The extremely intensive design of individual care allows a precise orientation to the needs and potentials of the respective youth. As part of an intensive social-pedagogical individual care, young people with high socio-therapeutic or social-psychological care needs receive individualized timeout and orientation offers. We would like to offer children and adolescents who need a protected retreat for a few weeks or months before, during or after a stationary youth assistance measure or a clinic stay, accompanying individual projects, intensive skill trainings or an unlimited intensive educational-therapeutic support within the framework of a 1:1 support. One of these projects is currently in Rotenburg Wümme. Our team is multi-professional and works within established structures as well as the established aid principles and procedures. A comprehensive integration is ensured by an overarching team of psychologists, therapists and coaches as well as by standardised internal consulting sequences and psychohygienic measures. We support professional training and further training both financially and in terms of content.

In order to master the upcoming tasks, an affinity for outdoor activities as well as a good degree of structuring, self-initiative, resilience, self-reflection and team spirit are required. In addition to the softskills, it is important that intensive caregivers: have a professional qualification. As a minimum qualification, you should be recognized as an educator:in. A graduate: in a socio-pedagogical, healing pedagogical, psychological or educational studies, it is highly qualified if it is able to demonstrate experience in the field of experience education, child and youth assistance, as well as sociotherapy, and has also gained additional qualification in experience education and trauma therapy.
