Electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team in operating technology, we are looking for an electronics company for automation technology (m/w/d) that reliably keeps our production and packaging facilities running in a food processing company – from fault analysis to sustainable troubleshooting. To actively contribute to a stable, hygienic and efficient production.

Analysis and sustainable lifting of disruptions to automated production and packaging systems (preventing cause analysis, repetition errors) Maintenance, maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment and control cabinets Testing and maintenance of sensor technology/actuator, drive technology and safety devices Optimization of control processes and process parameters – depending on the system part directly in the PLC logic or via interfaces/parameters Support for commissioning, rebuilding, retrofits and technical projects (e.g. line adjustments, timing/quality optimization) Documentation of software stands/changes and close cooperation with production, mechanics, quality assurance as well as external service providers Active participation in the continuous improvement process (identify improvements, implement measures, create standards)

Complete training as an electronics engineer for automation technology, electronics engineer for operating technology, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification Experience in the maintenance of industrial plants – ideally in the food or process industry Good knowledge of electrical engineering, drive technology, sensors/actuators Basic SPS knowledge (e.g. Siemens S7 / TIA) of advantage Ready to work in the layer system (partial 2-/3 layer) Loadability, flexibility with readiness to work (season business) Responsible and reliable operation Teamability, communication strength and solution-oriented operation
