Controller Business & Personnel Controlling (m/f/d)

Transformation: You are responsible for the strategic expansion and expansion of an integrated business and human resources controller to optimally manage projects and human resources You design and implement a KPI system and continuously develop it Reporting: You create and analyze regularly reports and forecasts and derive deviation analyses Control support: You support management in strategic and operational decisions Ad-hoc analyses: You will start short-term evaluations and special analyses for current economic issues Financial planning: You are involved in budgeting, cost accounting and economic analysis Process optimization: You evaluate existing controlling and reporting processes and develop them further

Qualification: You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification Professional experience: You have profound experience in controlling, ideally in the project, engineering or IT environment Knowledge: You have very good knowledge in business and human resources controlling and have experience in building and using key payment systems Tools: You are safe in dealing with Excel as well as common controlling and ERP systems and ideally brings experience in MS Power BI with Working methods: You work analytically and structured and draw your attention through a high degree of self-responsibility Softskills: You convince by communication strength and a pronounced hands-on mentality in solving tasks Language knowledge: You master German in word and writing at a level that is safe for negotiation
