• Technical inquiries? Special problems? Both our customers and your colleagues know you as a competent person.
• You install and configure Windows 10 & 11 and Linux - this includes the provision of hardware/first setup and troubleshooting.
• From small error to hardware repair - you retrieve faults, redirect devices after a malfunction and replace damaged hardware parts.
• To enable your colleagues to take up your work in the future, you document your work done carefully.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed technical training or in a comparable profession
• Professional practice in handling ticket system SC3 and handling Microsoft Windows, Apple OSX & iOS, Linux devices
• Professional experience in 1st & 2nd level support at Servicepoint
• Good knowledge of German and basic English
• Personally, we especially like your willingness to deal with the specific challenges and find solutions together.
