Accounts Payable & Process Control Examination of invoices, payment requests, travel expenses and further expenditure on completeness, plausibility and compliance Ensuring compliance of approval processes, contracts, orders, invoices and payment documents Tracking and clarification of deviations and support in the optimization of financial and release processes Ensuring compliance with internal control policies and legal requirements (HGB, UStG, GoBD) Payment and external cooperation Preparation and verification of payment documents and support for payment transactions Provision of relevant accounting documents for external tax advisors, auditors and service providers Support for monthly and annual accounts and audits Contact person for accounting questions about creditor processes Creditor, master data & cash flow management Monitoring creditor accounts, down payments and open items, and carrying out accounting Maintenance and testing of supplier master files taking into account data quality and payment security Support for liquidity planning, budget monitoring and cash flow management Analysis and follow-up of significant budget and payment deviations Documentation & systems Ensuring proper, audit-proof documentation and archiving of all relevant financial documents Coordination of corporate credit card and direct debit transactions Support in the management of investment assets, inventory and inventory rules

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of accounting, finance, taxes or business Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally focusing on creditor accounting, payment transactions or accounting operations Good knowledge of German trade and tax law (HGB, UStG) and the GoBD Experience in handling DATEV, SAP FI/MM or comparable ERP systems Knowledge of auditing, accounting and document management Experience in cooperation with tax advisors, auditors or external service providers Analytical thinking, self-initiative and interest in optimizing processes Structured, careful and responsible operation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
