Lawyer or civil engineer as a consultant for construction law (m/f/d)

As a generalist (m/w/d) on the side of and in close coordination with the management, you are active in all areas of the group of companies, in particular in connection with ongoing projects, legal issues and commercial tasks.

Legal protection of the managing director in all relevant contractual and legal matters Responsibility for building, contract, award (VOB/HOAI) and property law Legal Highness in Dispute Questions, Claims, Subsidies and Sales of Real Estate and Real Estate Own contractual audit, design and optimization (purchase, rental, project contracts) Classification and support of large procurement and project projects at strategic level (non-operational building management) Close cooperation with management, project management and external partners structuring, controlling and monitoring of selected projects from a legal and organisational perspective

You have a successfully completed university degree in civil engineering (the focal point of civil law) or law with a focus on civil law or have relevant professional experience in this field Experience in claim and after-subscription management and contracting You are generalist, with pleasure in responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking You have a very good understanding of project processes, decision-making and economic relations A structured, predictive way of working and high reliability You are strong in communication, enforceable and at the same time in partnership and want to take responsibility in a medium-sized company in the long term
