Manager Product Development & Go-to-Market Home Energy (m/f/d)

You work in the Product & Go-to-Market competence team and are responsible for the development, implementation and further development of innovative energy solutions, energy management, smart meters and intelligent electricity rates. You control product development and market introduction processes from the first idea to the successful operational implementation. You coordinate the introduction of new products and services, including necessary training, process adaptation and IT requirements. You work closely with relevant stakeholders within the E.ON Group (e.g. Legal, Privacy, Finance, Tax, Marketing, Sales and Operations) to successfully implement product developments. You make sure that customer feedback, market requirements and operational experiences are continuously involved in the development of products and processes. You analyze market, competition and regulatory trends and guide action recommendations and new product ideas. You will set up policy guidelines and accompany the implementation of new regulatory requirements. You have the opportunity to actively shape the future of E.ON Home Energy solutions and to take direct influence on the energy transition in the private customer segment.

You have a degree in BWL, engineering, economic engineering or a comparable discipline. You bring several years of experience in product management, innovation management or in the development of energy products – ideally in the environment of solar, energy management or energy services. You have a well-founded knowledge of product development, market analysis and process implementation and work safely with digital tools and systems for process and data analysis. You communicate clearly and structuredly and manage to effectively coordinate different teams and stakeholders. You have a strong analytical mindset, recognize market potential and develop practical product concepts. You work independently, solution-oriented and pragmatically and feel comfortable in both strategic and operational topics. You are flexible, bringing your own initiative and working in a dynamic environment at the interface between the group and growing energy business.
