As a developer for storage-programmable controllers, you are responsible for planning, controlling and implementing automation projects. Your duties include: Programming and commissioning of silo systems and other small plants close to logistics. Modernization of existing control systems by replacing outdated PLCs against modern Siemens components (TIA Portal, STEP7). Close cooperation with plant builders to modernise control cabinets and mechanical components. Development, introduction and continuous improvement of a company-wide programming standard. Integration of the systems into existing IT infrastructures, in particular: MES system ProLeiT and ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365. Creation of technical documentation as well as training for operating and maintenance personnel. Project coordination and communication with internal and external partners.
At least 4 years of professional experience in PLC programming with Siemens TIA Portal and STEP7 Knowledge gained in handling S7-1500, S7-300/400 and in industrial network technology (PROFINET, Ethernet/IP) Knowledge of the connection of automation systems to MES and ERP systems Experience in cooperation with external partners and plant manufacturers Good knowledge of German and English Ready for occasional travel at European company sites
