Control and active participation in the implementation of GSU requirements (health/safety/environmental protection) as well as the agreed GSU targets on our construction sites and projects Introduction, coordination and follow-up of measures in case of deviations from GSU requirements and support in emergency and escalation situations Creation and further development of GSU system and work documents, in particular preparation of project-specific GSU management plans for large-scale construction sites Advising and supporting managers in all aspects of health, work and environmental protection Support and advice of internal and external stakeholders in GSU issues Management and implementation of customer-specific GSU requirements and conflict management Creation, analysis and reporting of GSU key figures, statistics and evaluations Identification of Improvement Potentials and Development of Sustainable Optimization Measures Conception and creation of training and instruction documents Implementation of GSU training, instruction and information events

Completed training as a specialist for occupational safety (Sifa) according to Arbeitsschutzgesetz, Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz as well as accident prevention regulations and skills in Germany, incl. Level 3/Lernfeld 6 of the BGHM or BG RCI Multiannual professional experience (at least 5 years) in the GSU environment, preferably on large-scale construction sites or in international projects Knowledge of current GSU management systems, standards and standards as well as practical experience in using GSU methods and tools Experience as an internal auditor:in and trainer:in for training and instruction Embossed communication, consulting and reporting skills Experience in the production, analysis and evaluation of GSU key figures and statistics Very good English knowledge of word and writing, German knowledge of advantage High readiness for international project assignments (use directly on site at the construction site) Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
