In this role, you will become the hub for modern software solutions that make a real difference every day in youth and social offices. You take responsibility for: Project implementation from A to Z Introduction and roll-out of our specialist procedures in youth, social and asylum authorities Coordination with specialist departments and IT managers Project planning, implementation and follow-up – professional and reliable Training that really change something Workshops and trainings for administrators:inside Digital or local – depending on the project You translate complex software into clear, understandable application strategies Technical support and support Contact person (m/w/d) Analysis of concerns, optimization of processes and solution consulting Creation and maintenance of training and documentation material

Training or studies in the technical, commercial or administrative environment Experience in training, IT projects or customer support Feeling to work deep into the technical processes of social authorities Technical understanding, analytical thinking and joy in structured work Secure appearance, clear communication and team spirit readiness to travel within Bavaria (individually nationwide) Routine dealing with MS Office or OpenOffice If you bite yourself into technical content, like to explain and advance projects – you fit perfectly.
