Hotel Manager (m/f/d)

Head of the operational team to provide excellent service to our guests. Generation of sales leaders for the sales department. Monitoring the restaurant concept. Building local awareness of the restaurant concept. Efficient control of the operation. Oversight of all departments, including reception, housekeeping, technical department and food & beverage. Recruitment, training and motivation of new colleagues, recognition of talents and achievements together. Compliance with HACCP procedures and quality standards. Creating budgets and forecasts. Cost management and achievement of financial results. Bringing in continuous improvement proposals.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable position and affinity for Food & Beverage. You have a completed training in hotel management. You are very communicative in German, good knowledge of the Dutch and/or English language are of advantage. You are very representative and independent. You have proven the ability to motivate and inspire teams. You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You are commercial and targeted. You spray with creativity, ideal for the variety of tasks. You are flexible; Working on weekends and evenings is not a problem for you. You're learning.

A gross monthly salary corresponding to your training and experience.
