Sales Specialist / Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

As a dedicated Sales Specialist (m/w/d) / Customer Consultant (w/m/d) you are the central contact person (m/w/d) for our private and corporate customers. With your strong sales strength and final safety, you will not only advise you competently, but also guide our existing customers: in addition to our potential new customers, who have become aware of us through savings banks in the Rhineland or through their own sales measures, specifically for the successful and sustainable conclusion. You work closely with your colleagues from product development and marketing to ensure that all solutions are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers. Your responsibilities With empathy and expertise, you will advise our commercial and private customers on our sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, in particular on our individual refurbishment schedules You are responsible for the follow-up of customer contacts and the active sales activities to advise our customers in an accurate and comprehensive manner You are in close contact with your colleagues in product development and marketing to develop customer-specific solutions optimally You work closely with the private and corporate customer advisors:inside the Rheinische Sparkassen, to optimally support their customers and to introduce our solutions in a targeted manner, with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction You can master German at a very good level (C2)

You have a completed commercial training or a study e.g. in business, economic psychology or a comparable area You bring fun in sales and first sales experience Your communication strength and passion for contact with people characterize you and you have a sense of how to convince and long-term You share our enthusiasm for sustainability You feel comfortable in a digital environment and work routined with CRM systems and other digital tools Flexibility and a high degree of self-initiative are of course for you
