As Manager Strategy M&A (m/w/d), you take over the management and operational management of cross-departmental special projects. Through your deep market - and competitive knowledge, you contribute to the success of our company. Significant cooperation in the Electronics Solutions Division's overall business strategy Evaluate M&A projects and partnerships and derive recommendations Analysis of Division's financial key figures, individual divisions & subsidiaries Close cooperation with our business units and subsidiaries Preparation of analytical results as a basis for decision-making for higher management Regular preparation of strategy reviews at corporate and division level

Complete study of economics, economic engineering, business informatics, political sciences / security studies or a comparable discipline Insufficient professional experience in the engineering industry Safe appearance and pronounced analytical capability Strategic and forward-looking thinking Business Development or Strategy Experience desirable Basic technical understanding and interest in technical products Communication strength and intercultural competence Own-sponsored operation and structured and methodological approach Very good knowledge of German and English
