You process complex applications and contradictions of medical care centres, doctors and psychotherapists as part of the participation in contract medical care. You prepare, moderate and record the meetings of the Committee of Approval, and advise the Committee of Approval in matters relating to regulatory matters. You shall make legally demanding decisions of the approval committee. You shall bring together the proceedings for the meetings of the Committee of Appeal and shall vote in opposition proceedings with the Chairman of the Committee of Appeal. You shall draw up opinions on legal problems in the contract medical admission procedure. You support the team's colleagues in legal matters as part of the processing of applications and contradictions as part of the participation in contract medical care.
