What you expect Your tasks include the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in factory logistics, including personnel development, employee discussions, performance assessments and target agreements. In addition, ensure an efficient, secure and economical flow of material and is responsible for the volume and timely provision of materials for production, shipping and other areas. In addition, plan, control and optimise personnel use as well as logistical processes in the fields of pre-ordering, internal transport, inventory management and production logistics. In addition, you continuously monitor and develop logistical processes, including material flows, order processing, warehouse processes and the introduction and use of ERP and warehouse management systems. In addition, you are responsible for inventory management, miscellaneous parts management and the implementation and evaluation of inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory. You monitor logistical key figures, manage improvement measures and ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and legal requirements, including budget responsibility and reporting.
