Technical management: You are responsible for the maintenance of our buildings – from the determination of the state of the object to the development of measures to preserve the building material. Project responsibility and control: They independently control the assignment, implementation and acceptance of the work, including budget responsibility. Procurement procedures: They support the implementation of procurement procedures and ensure transparent processes. Technical advice: They are contact persons for technical questions in our service offices and provide optimal solutions through targeted consultation. Data management: They maintain technical documentation and contribute to the success of our data management.

Practice-oriented and experienced: You have several years of professional experience in maintenance / repair and a degree as maintenance manager, technician, master or craftsmen with relevant additional training or a completed university degree in the field of construction engineering or the like. Customer- and target-oriented: They are understood as internal and external contact persons (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the implementation of structural measures.
