Then you will find a dynamic environment with diverse design possibilities. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a financial controller (w/m/d) in full or part time.

Budgeting, Forecast & Liquidity Management: You’ll create budgets, forecasts and financial analyses and provide effective liquidity management for financial stability. Precise target-actual comparisons allow you to comply with the plan specifications.

Reporting & KPI analysis: You create and present meaningful financial reports for management, management and external stakeholders. Based on sound performance analysis, you develop forecasts, perform ad hoc evaluations and support strategic decisions with resilient financial models (e.g. ROI analyses).

Cost controlling & efficiency enhancement: You analyze the company's cost structure, identify optimization potentials, and thus contribute significantly to an efficient use of resources.

Tax coordination & compliance: In close coordination with our tax advisor, you ensure compliance with tax duties and keeps in mind legislative changes.

Risk assessment & prevention: You recognize financial risks at an early stage, evaluate their impact and introduce appropriate countermeasures.

Controlling input for special projects: You bring your financial expertise into cross-departmental special projects – whether with new business initiatives, internal optimization projects or short-term issues. In doing so, you act as a savings partner with a view to cost-effectiveness, feasibility and financial impact.

A completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification

2–4 years of professional experience in controlling – ideally in companies with a dynamic environment

Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and risk analysis

The ability to translate complex figures into clear, understandable statements – including sovereign appearance at presentations

Safe handling of Excel and experience in working with ERP systems

Analytical thinking, structured and independent working methods and a high degree of self-initiative

Communication strength in German and English as well as joy in team collaboration

Strategic understanding and ability to win others for your ideas and recommendations
