You support our team in daily business and gain valuable insights into the entire recruiting process You can independently check out incoming applications, run first phone interviews and participate in interviews You support the creation and publication of internal and external job advertisements on different job portals You plan and coordinate interviews with candidates and disciplines You actively identify and speak appropriate candidates via social media platforms (Active Sourcing) You are first contact for candidates and internal specialist departments You have the opportunity to participate in exciting HR projects and introduce yourself

Continuous studies in business, economics (focus on staff), human resources management, (economic)psychology or a comparable course of study Passion for Recruiting and Interest in Talent Acquisition & Talent Attraction Ideally first experience in recruiting or personal management through study focuses or internships Fun in professional and winning communication with excellent knowledge of German in word and writing High team skills and a 'Let's do it'' setting Structured, organized and reliable operation in an agile environment JOBV1_EN
