Design the global infrastructure of tomorrow As a team management hybrid infrastructure, you assume the technical and human responsibility for our global infrastructure. You lead an international team with employees in Germany, North America and India and develop our historically grown infrastructure into a standardized and sustainable hybrid cloud platform. Although your team is distributed across several continents, we rely on strong personal exchanges, which is why we work predominantly together at our site in Oelde and at the same time offer the flexibility to work on a mobile day a week. We expressly do not seek a pure manager, but a technically experienced manager who combines strategy, architecture and operational infrastructure work. Your duties Professional and disciplinary leadership of an international infrastructure team with currently four, perspective six employees. Development and implementation of the infrastructure strategy and definition of the technical target architecture. Consolidation and harmonisation of a historically grown infrastructure and cloud landscape. Responsibility for central infrastructure platforms such as Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure (optional AWS), Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Assessment of new technologies and selection and introduction of suitable platforms and solutions. Planning and control of international infrastructure and transformation projects. Ensuring safe, stable and economic operation of the infrastructure. Control of external service providers and technology partners. Active cooperation in architectural decisions, migrations, modernization projects and technical escalations according to ITIL.

Successfully completed study of computer science or comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in the construction, operation and development of hybrid infrastructures. Finded knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows Server VMware vSphere Microsoft Hyper-V Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID backup, storage and monitoring solutions

Experience in architectural work, technology selection and infrastructure strategy. First or multi-year leadership experience in international teams is desirable.
