You are responsible for the sales of new and existing customers in the private sector, in particular in the mechanical engineering, construction and/or metal processing sectors (from the middle - large group) You take over your team's disciplinary and professional leadership, recruit new team members and keep track of professional training You are responsible for the technical advice of your large customers, guide workshops, participate in the project teams, ensure compliance with the project objectives and take over the quality assurance of the work results With the management, you control industry development, analyze market trends and customer needs

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a study with high IT reference You have profound experience in the new customer acquisition and have a resilient and sustainable customer network in mechanical engineering, construction and/or metal processing (middle – large group) You bring comprehensive professional experience in digitization or IT consulting and have already been responsible for sales and profits You are experienced in the application of agile and classic project management methods and have certifications (PMP; IPMA Level B; Prince II; SAFe; Scrum Master) You are ready to travel in the German-speaking area, in addition to the office and home office work You speak German at native language level and fluent English

Senior Manager (m/w/d) takes over the entire sales, cost and profit responsibility of its own industry. Through active key account management of customers in their own industry and strategic business development to build further new customers, senior managers (m/w/d) develop their own industry independently. In addition, Senior Managers (m/w/d) recruit further employees and provide superior personnel development for the team. The clear goal is sustainable customer management and therefore the growth of ReqPOOL Group. Depending on the experience, qualification and network, your salary is in the range of 100,000€-160.000€ incl. Turnover and profit share.
