Co-responsibility for IT service and support processes with focus on application support and IT customer coordination Ensuring, analysis and continuous optimization of targeted, transparent IT communication Development of concepts and measures for service-oriented IT from a user perspective, identification of success factors and derivation of measures to ensure and improve service quality Support in defining and developing IT services together with the Service Manager team Active co-design of modern IT support formats (e.g. knowledge base, service portal) to increase benefit satisfaction as well as participation in internal IT formats and company-wide IT-related events

Complete technical studies, e.g. in (economic) informatics, business or organisational development, or comparable qualification Influential professional practice in IT service management, in IT governance or in a comparable interface role Funded knowledge in ITIL and in common IT service management standards Experience in organization and change management with IT reference Analytical conceptual know-how, service orientation and understanding of application needs Moderation experience and associated communicative competence in German (mind. C1 level) and in English (mind. B2 level)
