They advise and support the process and control officers at the Bremen or Kiel site in the design and updating of the IKS documentation. They are the central contact person for domestic and foreign companies as well as for group holding for the IKS. They continuously develop the IKS and take over the introduction and monitoring of process controls. They create decision templates and coordinate independent extensions in the IKS exam scope of relevant companies. In addition, you take over the coordination of internal and external audits regarding the IKS and are the central response position for auditors. You coordinate initiatives in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and the design and further development of related policies, processes, methods and roles is one of your tasks. The conception and creation of the BCM requirements at the company locations as well as the updating of the business impact analyses and business continuity plans as well as the communication of the results to the processor.

Higher education in the business sector with the subject of audit/controlling or commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience in the fields of audit, internal audit or controlling. Good knowledge of SAP, especially SAP GRC. Good knowledge in the field of mass data processing and display (MS Excel, pivot tables). Inter-interface cooperation and communication strength. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
