Responsibility for the planning and execution of (partial) projects of small to medium complexity in compliance with costs, dates and quality

Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of tasks in the program management office (PMO)

Ensuring active contract, risk and claim management in close cooperation with the respective departments

Sustainable care of customer contacts and targeted communication with internal and external stakeholders

Management of negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers in coordination with the participating specialist bodies

Monitoring the progress of the project including creation of status reports and controlling reports for internal reporting and contracting entities

Support for sales in acquisition and management of suppliers throughout the entire settlement phase

Successfully completed technical university studies (e.g. Diploma or Master in Engineering or Computer Science)

Multiannual experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams as well as project management certification (level C according to GPM standard)

Ideally, knowledge in design and realization of software-efficient systems - from requirement analysis to acceptance

knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other foreign language skills (e.g. Spanish or French) are advantageous

Sovereign appearance in international negotiations combined with high intercultural competence and enforcement
